Scaleform® has joined as an Emergent Premier Partner and Interactive Data Visualization (SpeedTree®) has signed on as a Certified Partner. Through this program, customers can easily evaluate and purchase the broadest range of game production solutions and design tools directly from the Emergent sales force.
Emergent's Partner Program is aimed at creating a game production framework offering unrivaled flexibility and scalability with the leading middleware products all working together out-of-the-box. A higher degree of technology interoperability allows developers to choose the products that best meet their needs and easily add new tools over time as they become available on the Gamebryo framework.

The integration of the Scaleform GFx hardware accelerated vector graphics user interface (UI) tools with Gamebryo enables PC and console developers to move from a programmer-centric static UI development environment to an artist-driven dynamic UI and animated texture production pipeline. Using Scaleform GFx and proven visual tools such as Adobe Flash™, rapid game UI development with Gamebryo has never been easier.
Additionally GFx provides an innovative font/text system specifically designed to provide productivity enhancements and streamline localization. Shared font capability, rich HTML layout and editing support, and soft text shadow, along with an integrated Asian IME system for Chinese, Japanese, and Korean text input, further enhance the offering provided by GFx for the Gamebryo customer.
Many customers are using GFx and Gamebryo together, including Disney, 2K Firaxis, and Sony Online Entertainment (SOE), making the Premier partnership between Emergent and Scaleform a natural extension of Emergent's commitment to provide customers with industry leading development tools. Emergent Certified Partner: Interactive Data Visualization's SpeedTreeRT
SpeedTreeRT is the industry leading procedural tree modeling package and real-time foliage rendering solution. Gamebryo customers who have used SpeedTree include Bethesda Softworks on the critically-acclaimed The Elder Scrolls® IV: Oblivion™. With the new integration, customers of both products can effortlessly place SpeedTree directly in Gamebryo's Scene Designer tool and take advantage of SpeedTreeRT's high performance renderer, saving several weeks of programming effort. Customers can purchase SpeedTreeRT from Interactive Data Visualization and the SpeedTree/Gamebryo integration directly from Emergent.
